No, it says to me that you wanted a part for a car that there's about 1 million samples of in the US but hardly any running around Oz.
The US has a population of over 300 million, there's 22 million of us in Australia.

The US driveshaft mob had one sitting on the shelf, (size of market) the Oz mob had to fabricate one from scratch.

well i finally finished bolting it all together the other day
apon start up it didnt sound too even like it was running on 3 1/2 cyl and the idle was low . i rechecked the valve clearences and found a few of them where tight so adjusted them again which improved it slightly. i went for a small test run which showed it wasnt missing too badly if at all and the head temp was pretty stable.
yesterday i took it for a longer run and all was good, head temp sat at 79-83C with and without aircon (just got that working while it was off the road) and by the time i got hime again it seems to be idlling better and around where it used to be.
it seems to me like the seals from the head to the injector pump (rebuilt) needed to bed in.
now it is off to the panel shop to have a dent my neighbour put in it fixed, and yes he is paying for it (well his insurance)
