					Good work Josh.
I don't think this problem is too common, I don't remember reading about it before anyway, but good to know it can be fixed easily.

					Hi Josh

Good on you for having a go!

Is your injector pump electrically controlled or does your model still have a throttle cable ?

Cheers Arthur

			fuel leak

Just did a bit of tuning on my pump and noticed the leak. I believe its the same one under the linkage that the cable hooks to right? What did you do where did you get the parts? How long does it take? I am a Heavy vehicle mech so doing it is no problem just dont want to go at it blind since I am doing it at work.

Cheers

Any diesel injection service shop can supply the bits, bought the "o" ring and pump cover seal from a diesel shop here in Cairns, "o" ring cost $1.00, the pump cover seal cost $4.00. about 15 minutes to fix, my old '97 300tdi starts and runs great now.
