    Yup, just a trim level.

You may see S (poverty spec), SE or ES, HSE (D2 only I think), SE7 or ES7 (7 seaters)

We paid $6000 for our 96 TDI300 in Feb this year.
Manual, ABS + SRS, 147xxx Kays
2" OME Lift (springs and shocks)
New 265's, reasonably good service history, 8 months reg and R()()ted paint on the roof and bonnet.

Spent MONTHS trolling around Ebay, Forums and Carsales for the right one, wanted white, ended up with green :-( but its a pretty solid rig.

Parts seem cheap compared with toyota bits and pieces, averages around 10/100K and is realy nice to drive, its even pretty pokey on the HWY, much better than I was expecting. Easilly did 120Kph up the freeway on the way home, the hills slowed it up somewhat tho.

Mine has 316 000ks on the clock and hasn't had a head gasket change. With a TDI300 its all about servicing and thats what any new buyer needs to look at, 5000k oil changes/services and thats really the same with any diesel
