    D1 front end fixes

I have to do some repairs to my old girl, she has done over 400 000kms now and can only be described as a bit second hand

Swivel hubs and wheel Bearings, where will be a good place to come by these at a reasonable price and quality. also are they easy to fit or am I gonna have to pay somebody,

Steering box, I am told mine is leaking everywhere, just wanna replace it, again where to find one, and do I need any special tools to replace it myself

Any info or advice will be welcomed with open arms

    Chris

Second for MR Automotive in redcliffe.

And with a reasonable tool kit you can do it all fairly easily. A 52mm socket is the only sort of specialist tool you need.
And a weight measurey thing to measure the preload on the swivel bearings. I can't remember what they're called.

Just get a few spare seals on top of everything else to have as spares.

If its Sunshine in Vic then there are a few vic based parts places from Ritter, AMV, LRA, 4WD's plus the many online retailers.

Have a look in the recommended suppliers section further down the page.
You may get away with a good used steering box if you want to save cash.
