You will need to do the camel trim at least as they will hit the guards when the rear articulates even with a lift.

My 215/85R16's and 255/65R16's don't hit the guards on the back. I'm surprised the 245/75's do.

    I have a 50mm lift and my 245/75/16s don't hit the guards.

To me it seems that it won't rub neither. I'll have to do some exact measurements. But yes you are all right, lift doesn't stop rubbing.

do a search on Bridgestone tyre site. It lists most tyre sizes with all the info you need to find the answer to your question.

The camel cut is to prevent the tyres hitting the rear of the rear guard, tyre height is another matter.
I'm also running 265/75's but with a 3" lift so i dont hit any guards just the radius arms.

Whether you need the cut depends on width and height.
My 215/85 tyres fit inside the guards and don't need the trim despite being almost 32 inch.

Did you pack the bump stops down 3 inches to create clearance? A lift alone doesn't help.
