    There's no rocket science involved, and I'm confident I could talk my wife through it over the phone.
    You do need a torque wrench for the big end nuts though.

    From memory its basically:
    - drop the sway bar down (for access to remove sump)
    - remove the sump
    - remove the oil pump pickup
    - rotate the engine until you have two of the big end caps at the bottom of their stroke
    - remove big end cap and replace bearing shells ***Make 100% sure the cap goes back on the same way it came off
    - refit big end cap and torque nuts
    - repeat for the other bearings one at a time (rotating the crank to get the other 2 to the bottom)
    - refit oil pickup (needs new o-ring or gasket - I can't recall which)
    - refit sump

    Perfectly do-able at home, but if you haven't ever been inside the bottom end of an engine before it would be comforting to have someone look over your shoulder while replacing the bearings themselves, but not essential.

    Question

    Thanks for that Steve.....

    Just one another question..... What about the other side of the bear shell that fits on the block side of where the crank runs? I realise that the Crank would have to come out to do this.....

    Seems a bit strange to only replace "One Side" of the complete Bearing shell.... but I'm assuming I'm missing something? (This is new to me )

    Yes, you are missing something
    Definitely replace both halves of each big end bearing. These sit in the "big end" of each connecting rod (conrod). The small end connects to the piston.

    The other bearings on the crankshaft are the main bearings but these don't seem to suffer from the same delamination issue.

    Have a search in Google for big end bearing if you want to see some generic pictures
