Check the plenum, you will see on the passenger side there is a panel with a cut out ( on the Drivers side it is the same, but had your windscreen motor in it.) the rubber sael perishes and when rain water builds up in the try it rises enough to overflow into the cabin. Seal it around the edge with sikaflex.
Another point is any wiring that goes through the bulkhead with a grommet, and also the junction of the welds in the corner of the engine bay where the inner guard and bulk head meat, run some sikaflex across that also.
Nice seats! What did they come out of, a RRC?
Mmmm....interesting. My drivers seat diaphragm crapped itself earlier this year and although I acquired another D1 seat as a straight swap - it wasn't! Current thought is to go to a motor trimmer and swap over the diaphragm, but a couple of seats from a 4 door RRC might do the trick nicely - if they fit of course.
id go the rangie seats any day, they're so comfy. just be aware you might have to do a little welding and cutting depending on what bits you can score from a wreck.
