Depends what your intended use is, for general offroading 245/70 or 245/75 is an ideal size without affecting clearance or gearing.
235/85 is tall so will need a decent lift and will still most likely rub on inner guards.
Any wider than 245 and you will need off set rims and then flares to cover them, the RTC is good for wide/offset rims but is a pain to set up - just go with a standard type quality damper.
