I remember looking at the front axle assembly out of a Dodge RAM (I think) recently and noticed a 'bulge' in the long axle side near the diff. On asking what it was I was told that it was a clutch for disengaging one axle to put the vehicle into 2WD
. From this I assumed two things. 1/. Yanks are crazy and 2/. Dodge RAM's don't have front LSD/lockers.
