Oops, the rubber lip goes over the plastic below the screen. I'll find a Disco later today and take a pic.

The plennum cover is that plastic panel across the bottom of the windscreen, the wiper drive shafts shafts stick through it. Remove the wipers and the nuts on the shafts as well as the plastic retainer at each end (replace these with new retainer clips or stainless steel screws) as well as the screws on the end pieces. No need to remove the bonnet to remove the cover.

    Regards

I took the pics - now I need to know how to get them off my phone. I've never taken any pics with the phone before.

Mine leaked the last time it rained, it hadn't rained for so long and with car outside in the sun the top seal had shrunk. I fixed the problem by running some tape just above the edge and ran window sealant along pulled of tape and now it doesn't leak. Just wish engine oil leak was that easy and cheap to fix.

    Thumbs up

OK guys thanks for the advice it was really helpful

l checked the windscreen and it is an after market screen and the tops of both the seals weren't stuck down very well, after l could stick a pencil down the tops off the seals , so my liitle bro and l, filled them both nice an clean with sealant theres no water getting in there now let me tell you we ran a bead down the sides and across the top as well.
After some checking on the other thing you all mention l found that one of the door wiring rubber grommets had worked its self out into the space between the outer panel and the body, water was coming down through the inner panel and tracking its way down the wiring into the cab.
l also found a split in the wiring loom that comes in just below the air con pips (if that makes sense !)
tested all areas this arvo and alls well.
so thanks guys for the help

    cheers
