You should have a security code on a card with your owner's manual, plus instructions on how to enter the code into the stereo head unit. Follow these instructions and all should return to normal.
If you don't have the security code and instructions, you can get these from Land Rover dealer. They will require some information from you on details of the vehicle and proof of ownership.
This applies not only to Land Rover, but to almost every vehicle manufacturer these days.
