    Hope this helps.

    ...well done thanks for that

Im taking a stab in the dark but im guessing this "rule" has something to do with the photoelectric effect and i should post pictures of my claims

Which i will do as soon as i get it fitted, as im sure you have all seen springs etc in boxes

    thanks guys!

We don't mind seeing more springs in boxes. Pretty simple bunch around here!

Easy job to do yourself. I got a Dobinson setup from Shane at Suspensionstuff a few months ago. I fitted 4 springs, 4 shocks and a steering damper. Very satisfying to do it yourself

Rears took about 30mins each side and was very easy with the swaybars removed. Fronts took a little longer due to the removal of the shock towers, each side probably took about an hour. Steering Damper was a 15min job.

And trust me, I'm no expert with tools

    Have fun

    Hey Treads

Sorry for the slight interruption Grover98....

You been happy with the Dobinson / Lovells combination?? What did you have before hand?

I have OME coils with adjustable Rancho shocks that are approaching the end of life and was wondering which way to jump.

    Cheers

I highly recommend the Dobinson springs! they are one of the best springs on the market! very high quality!

As for the shocks i can't see anything wrong with them! but i have been told they can be a let down, so as for now i will recommend the springs! But as for shocks its your call guys, you can prob afford slightly better ones.

Have Just ordered Dobinsons coils and Lovell shocks from shane for my D1 was looking at longer shocks but decided against as i wish to fit polyair or similar and was concered about tieing in springs and having probs with airline to bag. Thought about brake line but relised on a D1 they run along the diff from the centr so do not need to extend line can not say i have looked under a D2.
Will post picks but have not got springs as yet.
    Cheers Allan
