Great look, how is the offset?, on my d2 it is quite large so the tires protrude slightly out from the flares.

speaking of offset...can i buy sunrayser rims with an offset (sorry i spelt that wrong)...But they seem like a good cheap rim? i know they are steal rims but does that really matter or would i be better off modifying my spare set of disco rims?

I think i will make my next rims a shinny black instead of matt black

A little but not to bad...not off the windscreen though but the bonnet but my bonnet is blacked out now! my lights are only used off road the fact that it lights up the dash slightly is ireletive to the amount the lights light up the bush when night driving..small sacrifice for a big gain IMHO

haven't noticed the offset that much really...doesn't stick out which I'm pleased about as that was what I wanted.

two days ago my tyres started to crack and let go...so we pulled all the tyres off mine and put all the tyres off the 90 on it so I could drive it to bob janes to have new ones put on...i know painful.

I tell you what after having the 235/85's on and then having these put on I was like oh they are a bit small

    Hi Dullbird,
    That one nice looking D1,
All the questions I was going to ask have been and answered.
I see from Photo that you have cut the inside lip off the back guards i assume that was for the previous tyres and is a bonus Know with the bighorns.
Hope mine looks as good when finished.

yes it was for the previous tyres but still caught them on full artic....so next week going to put the car up on a forklift and see if they need to be trimmed more especially as I have a different offset now

went from 255/70's to 245/75's so not really gone down just never got the 265/70's as figured not suitable with the new offset to much rubbing to occur with the wider track
