thing is what do you get for 8 grand? new head, not a reco one? reco injectors and injector pump?

Local Holden dealer did that to my Dad in Adelaide. Charged him $1400 to do a valley cover gasket, when they told him over the phone rocker cover gasket and that it was a simple cheap job. He ok'd the rocker cover and hey presto, "here's your bill Mr Boxer"


I'd be doing as Justin said, they should quote before going ahead. I've run workshops, it's the only way.
