Send me a PM with your address if you like and I will send it down, I dont have a use for it now lol, i've done the rewarding damage! I did how ever check the template many times before I made the first hole.

Alrighty a quick google turned up this.

Safari Snorkel:fitting template req'd. 300tdi '94

I downloaded all the files. There is a photo of the template and 3 A4 scans of the template that you can piece together.
I printed the scans at full size (which crops the edges a bit as the work printer doesn't seem to have the print right to the edge feature) and using the measurements on the scans it still measures a little too small.
However I made a few small adjustments to it and the template now fits over the snorkel nicely.

I'll know how it goes for sure this weekend when I fit it. I'll just cut the big hole first and do a test fit. Then make sure the bolt holes align properly using dobs of grease.
