    Now there's your problem

Was thinking the worst with my overheating car. Was thinking head gone , or pump stuffed or even radiator gumed up inside.

Worst thing is hedland has no radiator place.

But decided to pull out radiator and give it a good flush.

    Glad i did

    TDI.
not to sure how it got in there as the air con radiator sits in front of the radiator. i think it is small enough to fit through the air con radiator and not the other one.

Same thing happens on my 98 V8 D1sco. Keek meaning to stuff some foam in the gap to stop it filling up.

Get the radiator rodded while it's out, fresh coolant & you'll have one less maintanence thing to do!!

I'm not aware of any specific radiator specialists and there are none advertised that I can find. There are a number of auto repair and servicing places that may do some work on radiators but there must be the same sort of services in Hedland also.

Call Northwest Mechanical and Fleet Services in Karratha and have a chat, they may be able to give you some info/advice......they are one of the biggest auto repair places here....9185 1930.

(Apologies if this appears to be advertising......I'm not connected with this company at all, just trying to help.)

    Cheers
    Mick
