Both bearings on main gear have p/n FRC5564. Bearing on output shaft has p/n STC1130. You don't need much force to get those bearing on the gear or output shaft, if you watch this video you see that the lads from Ashcroft use a hammer to get the bearing in place: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FsPWE2Ngxwg"]YouTube - LT230 Transfer Build[/ame]

Popped the auto into N and the transfer in the middle. Rev slowly up to 3k and it is harsh just over 2200rpm to about 2500rpm-ish.
So that eliminates the box, right?
Figured it could be either the harmonic balancer or the flex plate but the flex plate wont be moving if the box is in N, right?
I checked the cylinder balance with a nanocom and they all look fine. I have attached an extraction of the nanocom readings when idling/revving and driving in case anyone wanted to provide some additional input. Just remove the .txt from the file name
Fixed by Chrissy is the goal....

Could be the flex plate
The plate and torque converter are still spinning even if not driving or in gear.
I would have thought that the box would still be turning even though the selector is N. Your alternator voltage also fluctuates like mine did just before my altenator pooped itself...
Aside from that, thanks for the Nanocom file. I can see by comparing yours to mine that my waste gate is more open than closed & my inlet pressure never reaches max because of the waste gate. Now wondering where to look next...

Mine has an ECU upgrade....but don't think this does anything to the wastegate, just the fuel map.
I looked through the inspection hole to see the flex and couldn't see anything that stood out.....will have another look when I change all the oils in a couple of weeks...
