Got mine on Ebay. I think Bundalane has a set listed at the moment. Let me know if you buy them. if you don't need the console i might take that off your hands.

if you are going to get one made,,, have a think about storage underneath, even a 12" sub should give you room to make a small storage bin for heavy things like, shackles etc,

I recently pulled the sub out to see how it is constructed and mounted for someone else on this forum - can send you a few photos etc if you like, but probably easier in an e-mail.

Definitely agree with this. One of the ideas I had when I recently pulled out the sub for a look was to see if there was room below it to mount a compressor. Unfortunately, the way that mine has been constructed, there isn't any room to do anything, but if you were starting a new one from scratch, you should be able to mount the sub a bit higher than mine is, and design a separate chamber beneath.
