How concerned should I be about this??

Just having a look around under the car and noticed this.
A crack in the driver side gearbox mount. Im not sure how the passenger side one is, will check that in the daylight tomorrow.
Is this a common thing or is there something more sinister I should be aware of ??

If you want to stop the crack from travelling, drill a very small hole right on the end of it.

You'll probably find the crack has propogated well beyond the crack. I'd weld it.

Thats something you seriously don't want to do. No wonder when people lift Jeeps they replace the entire suspension system.
