    D2 Front Disk/Hub Removal...what am i doing wrong?

OK, i have diagnosed front right sensor not working, contributing to 3 mexicans. I have a couple of hours, decide to pul down, clean and replace, see if that fixes it.

I have disk caliper off, main retaining nit off, screw holding disk to hub out...but the F*(King DISK will not move...I have tried gentle persuasion wioth a rubber mallet, slide hammer, home made puller, it wont budge.

    Wht am i doing wrong?

Sounds like you've done everything it calls for in RAVE.

I've found in the past that a bit of heat helps - have you got an oxy or similar available.
    Cheers .........

    Same basic thread here http://www.aulro.com/afvb/discovery-...ing-wrong.html

    One thread would suffice.

    Cheers

Check the wire back from your old sensor - sometimes it might get damaged where it is "tied down" to the body somewhere. Also the connector where it goes into the vehicles wiring loom.
