Hmmm interesting Steve. I have changed fluid type but I wouldn't have thought it would make that big a difference.

    anyone else had this?

Anyone think its the Master? Not keen on buying a new one and fitting it to find it still doesn't fix the problem.

    Cheers

nanocom has a utility to do a modulator bleed this is an extract from nanocom

    UTILITY FUNCTIONS
    POWER BLEED
This function allows to perform the oil bleeding of the main circuit. The function activates the pump for a
few seconds, and you must repeat the function until the oil reaches the brake. The same work can be done
    by pushing the brake pedal.
    MODULATOR BLEED
This function allows to perform the oil bleeding of the modulator circuit. The function must be performed
with the pipes closed, pushing the pedal with the maximum strength during the function. Once the function
is performed, release the pedal and repeat the function until the pedal stroke is normal.

    Thanks Bellmore

I have been doing the Power bleed by conecting the 2 large connectors for the ABS relay. this pumps really well.

I can't get a Nannocom and havn't found anyone in Port MacQuarie that has one. Is there a way to do a modulator bleed with the nanno?

    Cheers

I think only nanocom, test book, rovacom etc. can do the modulator bleed. when done a further power bleed to each wheel is required.

I think your problem is the Booster.
