Baz I appreciate your offer also. I'll see how things go and I may grab yours too.

I will have a chat to a couple of businesses that I have found that may be able to assist with the cable manufacture and profile cutting. Hopefully they will be able to do some of the components cheaper than I can.
I'm not interested in making a fortune out of this so the cheaper they are, the better for everyone.

Just put me down for one, let me know where to send the lever.

Leaving for Germany on Sat though and between then and the next 4 weeks will only be in AU for 36 hrs so you've plenty of time.

I will be keeping my eye on this thread with interest (and crossing my fingers you will send to the UK).
