    What wheel is this please?

Pick up the D2 today and its had the wheels swapped off a later model(so they told me), just wondering what model/year they're off as the spare is a steel one and I want to get an alloy for the spare.
Anyone got one they want to part with in Vic?
    Thanks Steve

One tip for your wheels. If they still have the security nut, ditch all four and replace with regular nuts. The security nuts are a pain in the butt and as I've discovered can get you stuck if they happen to strip!

Congrats on the purchase. How does it drive?

For your wheel replacement, check out the wreckers at the end of millers road in Brooklyn, toorak tractors in Braeside or the new wreckers in ringwood, Jag prestige spares. Landrover Discovery Spare Parts

Thanks Sully it does'nt have the lock nuts on it but with a new set of BF's maybe it should have.
So far it drives excellent(mmm I hope I dont jinx it). I was really impressed as it was a 2 1/2 hr drive home and run really well on the highway. Thanks for the link I'll try them when I get a chance.

Those rims came on my 2001 model from new..

The lock nuts look the same as the normal nut just they will have a groove or 2 on the nut on the flat sections..If you have them the tool which looks like a socket is in the bag with the tyre lever and jack handles..

They are different locknuts for different years so make sure you get the same otherwise you will need a new tool as well..

I baught 5 standard nuts and when I go offroad I remove the locknuts and put the standard ones on , but keep the locknuts on in suburbia..

    Cheers Ean

They're the normal D2 alloys. D2a are these.
