Mine came with plastic separators and large hose clamps. 2 for each shock. I think that is the buffer and clamps they refer to on that link.
I did this instead:

Yes they come with plastic separators and hose clamps. See my build thread linked in my sig for photos. I got mine from eshocks too.
Hey guys. My suspension is coming along. Bag I have just fitted new air bags to the rear (http://www.aulro.com/afvb/showthread...61#post2007661).
I have some longer hoses fitted to my front 7100 Billies and while I was down south I dropped into Heasmans and got them topped up with oil to replace what was lost when fitting the new hoses and make up for the extra space from the new hose. They re-gased them while they were at it.
Now the question comes where to fit the external reservoir.
The whole idea was to move the reservoir out of under the bonnet and away from the heat. I intended to install them inside the guards and maybe fit a vent behind the front wheel to create some extra air flow.
As I have a snorkel and it's all sealed up where is runs through the guard, I dont really want to remove the guard.
My next idea is at the bottom of the wind screen. I'm just after opinions of how hot it's likely to be there and if anyone can see any other problems with placing them there.

Happy Days.
Happy Days.
Won't get hot, it's a high pressure area and air flows in there into the ventilation system. As long as the hoses reach it's a great spot.
One of mine gets warm with radiant heat from the turbo - what sort of effect would that have on the shock? It is not too hot to touch but very warm after a decent run. Might make up a heat shield..
Hey guys what valving has everyone agreed on ? I can't seem to find anywhere that has appropriate valving specs I am considering a set of 7100's too
I'm running 360/80 all round on 12" short bodies on a 90. I am thinking it may not be enough, although I haven't driven it enough to make a final judgement yet.
I certainly wouldn't consider anything lower on my car
So far it doesn't feel as well controlled as it was with the OME Ltr's I removed but as I said above that is more a gut feeling from very limited road use. .
I'm happy with the 360/80 all round on the Disco. That's with 2" lift Dobinsons coils on the front and SLS airbags in the rear. Suits me pretty fine. They're hard enough for me but I haven't taken it over and jumps yet.
Happy Days
a question about Bilstein shockies, do they make any in the 7100 style that are adjustable?
I've tried to search their web site and lost the plot as they make about 10 gazillion different types
Not adjustable but easy to change valves. Check you tube.
