I used the R2 model and they were $275.00 they are offering 10% discount if you tell them you saw the banner add on AULRO.

They come with the brackets and wiring loom.

Still puzzled by the 4 rough cut 30mm washers. It said to use them on the crush can mounts, but why, and where exactly?

Anyhoo, mounted up ok, chucked the old cheapy lights up top (not entirely convinced about this at the mo), with new ones coming.

    cheers

    Warn PowerPlant on X-Rox?

    Hi guys,

your guys look really cool with the X-Rox on the D1 or D2. I'm planning on getting a Warn PowerPlant but finding a bull bar that takes the PowerPlant is really difficult. Devon 4x4 have one but first of all it has to be shipped half way around the world and doesn't have an "A-bar" you can use to mount additional lights etc. I think visually and also from a protection perspective you need that additional A-bar.

Of course I could go the custom route if all else fails.

Does anyone have any tips on this?

    Garn' get a tube bar

Then ur truck will look like all the Nissans around the place

Pity that those with them haven't used the clearance yet to discover how much damage the "guard" for the washer bottle is going to do when it hits a rock!!!

Not to mention the guard sticking down looks outright Naff

    G'Day,
To fit the Warn powerplant you will need an open top winch bar the same as the ones to fit a high mount winch! The Xrox will not work, you could look into a few of the tubular bars available here, there are a few importers etc, otherwise a custom one is the GO !, I saw a custom one on a defender the other day and it was made really well and looked the goods too !

    cheers

    G'Day Tombie,
As I see it almost 90% of bullbars on any vehicles are your normal ARB/TJM full bull bar types, now fitting of these will make you look like all the "Nissans" around the place , in fact if you look into the home country of Landrover pritty much all the use are Tube bars ? Granted that the UK does not have conditions like Aus but in most cases the frontal protection of any tube bar is still very good, in fact i have been out in with both bars and "USED THE CLEARANCE" and only recieved damage to my FULL TJM bar, yes the washer bottle cover looks a bit NAF but the strength of the material in front of the bottle is the same on both bars.
I know there are endless version of all the types of bars and yes some may be better than others but I cant see too much strength differance, as yes the headlights are more exposed but the chance of hitting a head light square on and the lower bar not delecting most of the blow is very slim and i'm more than happy to buy a replacment headlight for 36 pounds in the rare case it happens !

    Talking XROX BAR D2 V8

I have offered my car up for the prototype which will take about a week of measurements and fitments etc. so now im after the 4 or 5 people. Is anyone interested .
    Ordered mine this week.
