Who's solved the windscreen washer reservoir problem?

Tucked up behind the LF bumper, it's in a horrible location once you upgrade your bumper. So far, I only trimmed my stock bumper up a bit, but the reservoir already got hit, right in my driveway! I was up on cinder blocks to service a bit, and driving down one brick pivoted up and hit the reservoir. One of my mates has an aftermarket tube bumper, and his reservoir is just sitting there like a fat girl in with the pom pom girls.

It needs a new home. Anybody come up with a good solution? I reckon I need a different, smaller reservoir, in a different location. I'm a Rain-X user so I don't need much washer capacity anyway.

    Any feedback most welcome.

Don't know about a Disco2 but in my Disco1 I needed a smaller reservoir as there is so much aftermarket stuff under the bonnet.

I went looking through the wreckers and came home with a Daihatsu Terios reservoir. It is small and cube shaped with two motors. I don't have headlight washers any more though.

The two motors are actually the same as the Disco1 front and rear motors so I swapped them over and retained the existing wiring. The motors seem pretty standard.
Seems like a decent quality bottle. Is Denso branded.

Sounds like a good plan. We have Terios here in yurrup too. Where did you install the bottle? Got any pics?

I don't have pics of it fitted but if you stand in front of the car looking in the engine bay it is on the RHS back near the fire wall bolted to the inner guard.
That is the standard spot for a Disco1 reservoir but they are normally bigger and bolted to the firewall.
