    CDL

I hate doing this but i did a quick search under discovery 2 for CDL and nothing came up. So i thought id see if anyone can remember there was a link on here a couple of months back about a cheaper CDL kit, it was pretty cheap like around $200 from the UK or US came with the cable and leaver .

The discoverytd5.com CDL kit was about $300 shipped to Aus. but is not longer in production.

The ashcroft kit is still available at £245.00 plus shipping.

There is also a Polish vendor on ebay selling cdl kits which look very similar to the other two.

Wasn't there someone on the forum that was making a kit for converting the Non CDL lever to a CDL lever?

I picked up a D1 CDL lever and whatnot from the local wreckers for $55.
Not installed yet - probably a Chrissy job.

    Hi XHPBT1.

I Like your post and your quote of "easy as" and thank you for your 2 photos. I am curious to know how your CDL mechanism works. Is it operated from inside the or do you have to get under the Disco and move a lever? As you know from a previous post, I want to get get a CDL activation device and I am not fussed what it looks like - as long as it works. Did you make yours yourself? Any chance of more photos and perhaps plans, measurements and instructions?

    Regards,

    Peter
