    Thanks mate. After castor correction it is brilliant back on the highway so mine can wait. They have only done 250000.

    Hi Folks, just completed the ball joint removal and replacement. I used the Tradetools force Hydraulic gear puller set and made up some additional plates and tubes to complete the task. These are the parts I made that will do the job. One trick I tried was the butane torch on the housing and with a few min and just very hot to touch, the extraction was significantly easier. Secondly, for the ram to operate square you do have to remove one of the bolts to allow sideways movement of the diff housing to clear the spring. Just adds 10min to the job. The scary part is looking at all my original shocks with 2 of 4 now starting to leak at 220K how rude!

    I did put all kit up in the markets section if anyone local in Brissy wants to do theirs and move the kit around as earlier suggested.
