I have added 30mm spacers to the front of my D2 on top a 2" lift to bring the front up level with the rear as it had sagged a bit with all the accessories. I think it is now about 515 or 520 mm from the rim centre hub to the guard lip. I have not needed to extend the lines and have had it all flexed up. It could not hurt for a bit if pease of mind though. It was a bit lighter in the steering and any more lift might need castor correction.
I had 30mm spacer on all 4 corners on top of 2" on my D1. I did not extend lines but bent the brackets holding the hoses a bit to give a bit more slack.
Cheers, David.
