On Monday 20th May I will have had my 2000 TD5 Auto Disco 10yrs.
It had 79K on the clock when I took ownership in 2003 and has now just clocked over 307k.
I haven't fitted much to it apart from a TJM T15 alloy bull bar with 2 Cibie spot lights, Safari snorkel, steel rear bumper bar, icom UHF and had the centre diff lock lever activated.

    Apart from regular oil and all filter changes every 10K I've fixed the following;

    Water pump
    Radiator x 2
    Top radiator hose
    Injector loom
    Turbo boost regulator
    Fuel cooler x 2
    Front prop shaft x 2
    Rubber donut x 2
    Front diff
    Rear diff
    Rear hubs
    Disc rotors x 8
    Transfer case rebuild
    Track rods x 2
    Engine mounts
    Body mounts
    Viscous fan
    Driver window regulator
    Passenger widow regulator x 2
    New head lining
    3 amigos
    Bilstein shocks x 8
    Brass Diff Filler Plugs
    Rocker cover gaskets x 2
    XYZ switch
    Batteries x 2

I know it's getting on in years and I'm sure more things will go wrong but I simply can't sell it...I love it.

    Cheers,

Yet you explain that to people and they just don't get it...
