You've posted elsewhere that your VIN is 1A2xxxxxx so you have a 2001MY D2, meaning the chances you have a 315Mhz fob very small.
There are four ways to find out what frequency your vehicle has:
1) Look up in Microcat - this tells you what frequency was fitted at the factory. This may have been changed by a dealer to fix problems caused by interference;
2) Contacting a dealer - the LR vehicle database should have updated records if the fob frequency was changed in the field;
3) Get a lock smith to scan the frequency the fob is transmitting on;
4) Drop the rear of the head-lining and physically check the part number of the receiver unit fitted to the vehicle.
