It is possible for oil to build up in the intercooler over time,. It mostly just sludge's and restricts airflow through the intercooler. I suppose if enough built up it could get pushed through.. What Ks?
I would be taking the air inlet pipe of the intercooler and checking the insides, and also the state of play in the turbo shaft. Cleaning the 'cooler cqan be done with Shellite. Just blow lots of air through afterwards to dry it.
