Oil Pressure Sensor - Wiring Plug
While working on the TD5 today I noticed that the wire on the Oil Pressure Sensor was brittle, then when disconnecting the harness from the Sensor the plug broke on the harness side, not on the sensor.
Does anyone know of a work around or where I can acquire the harness side plug?

Did the plug break or was the wire pulled out?
I had the auto done on mine and it looks like this plug wasn't undone
The end result was the wire got pulled from the end of the terminal.
I repaired it by swaping the "spare" terminal over and joining the wires.
Maybe that's what the spare wire is there for
If it's the actual black connector that's broken then that's a different kettle of fish.
If you can't find a new connecter then do a search on here.
Not long ago a member changed out a full engine bay harness(wire rubbing issue).
If your lucky he may have a good plug on the old loom you could use.
I did drive it with the sensor undone, I had no oil warning light during this period though.
Obviously the ECU doesn't take a input for oil pressure or it would have gone into limp mode or shut down.

This was the correct answer I got when I had the same problem http://www.aulro.com/afvb/wa-aulroia...ml#post1770082
Got mine from a local Bosch fuel injection service center.
