Dodgy pump? Has just enough pressure to supply the passenger side, but not enough for the drivers one. What happens if you block the passenger one, do you get flow to the drivers one?
To give you an idea, I unplug mine, then have to keep repeating it for a while. The silver D2 has obviously has crap in its washer bottle in a past life.
They keep blocking up because there's rubbish in the lines, I haven't had time to pull it apart as of yet. So a pin is stuck in the rubber beneath the windscreen and gets used whenever they're blocked... which is now, so thanks for reminding me![]()
That was a bit long winded... haha
Cheers

Hi All
Should also check the hoses to see if both the one way pressure valves below both washer jets are working properly.
They are there to stop the water flowing back to the tank and sucking dirt into the nozzles.
Just flushed and blew high pressure air through the lines on my wife's car and cleaned the jets with a mig welder nozzle file.
They now work like a treat now

Hi mate, I'll be up there the week after next and I'll have a few spare days of doing nothing. If you're about, I'd be happy to drop in and see if I can help in any way.
Cheers - Gav.
If you need to contact me please email homestarrunnerau@gmail.com - thanks - Gav.
Sounds like that 2nd return valve may be playing up. Does the system need 2 non return valves?
If one is on the main line before it splits at the T that should do the job alright anyway id think.
have you tried pulling the 2nd one out an running a barbed straight piece ( cheap at bunnings) to just join the hoses instead?
I've tried that, it doesn't seem to like it.
The system was working fine before, and it doesn't matter if I put the current non return valve in or a brand new one.
Perhaps its still just clogged up, needs a good soak in metho or something.
Cheers Gav, I might see if you can give me a hand with the turbo oil return line gasket![]()
