    Rear lock button popped out

    Can't seem to get my rear lock button to pop back in since taking the cover off, how does it sit in the mechanism:?

    Can you buy those plastic tabs in the lock actuator that hold the button & door handle rods?

    Have a dig around the bottom of the door. You may find the old one if its the part I'm thinking of.

    I had the same problem on a rear passenger door, and found the green plasticy thing which clipped the button rod to the actuator at the bottom of the door cavity.
