Defender pedal:
D2 pedal:
There is a fair bit of difference in pedal length.
Going rate for the pedal (all pn's for the D2 supersede to LR030567) is about £220-250 new in the UK. The pricing I've seen locally is in the range of $450-500.
cheers
Paul
Hello,
Been getting quotes for a TPS for TD5 Discovery 2 quite scary here in Australia. Is it the same part as what is in the Defender TD5?? These seem much cheaper here. Anybody brought theirs here in Australia ?? Average price I got was $1000 in the UK they are about 100 pounds quite a bit of difference.
Anybody ??
thanks
Ian

My last year's price list from Karcraft in Sydney has the LR030567 part listed at $XXX. Might be a little more but exchange rate hasn't changed that radically. I'd give them a call (02 9737-9944).

If you want to keep enjoying Karcrafts prices:
DO NOT QUOTE KARCRAFT PRICING ON THE FORUM
Karcraft have told Incisor that their trade customers get ****ed off when they see retail purchasers are getting the same pricing, and that they may be forced to stop selling to punters if their pricing is publicised on the forum.
Dear Offtrack,
No problem. Thanks for letting me know.
No need to shout however.

I seem to be telling people with increasing regularity not to post up prices. I don't have the patience to politely say to each and every person who does so Dear User kindly refrain from posting Karcraft prices.
You obviously skimmed over the recent ones, or did not look at my post which asked members not to post up prices.
Size 7 makes the message loud and clear to anyone who happens to see the thread, and saves me from getting grumpy on more occasions than absolutely necessary.
Think of it as a broadcast announcement rather than directed specifically at you.
Cheers

No, I don't read every thread nor every post in a given thread, only those I believe I can help on or which are relevant to my disco (I don't look at auto related issues, for example). I have no recollection of this being said before.
My suggestion, if this is such an important issue (and I am not disputing this) is for there to be a sticky with a subject title "DON'T QUOTE AUSTRALIAN SUPPLIERS PRICES" or whatever the relevant message is supposed be, with further explanation in the post detail.
Is it just Karcraft or are there other suppliers we should not quote? Or is it quoting from price lists?
Keep shouting Paul I have only just got that after recently posting a price Opps more careful in the future. Regards Ollie
