The standard ones are only Nylock.

Just be very carefull with the rear shaft, if you take it out. You can't change the bolts without removing the flange from the gear box.

Installed the new front propshaft this afternoon, started early as expected some form of issues.

Swap over was a breeze all the bolts are fine, but may still change them over for new.

I would definitely go with metric if possible but is all depends on the bolt. I thought LR should be following ISO standards but it seems like mix and match for some items.

I am well aware that 9/16ths is the correct size, however 14mm is pretty close to that and would work in a bind.
I just didn't happen to have two 9/16ths spanners and my 9/16ths socket wouldn't fit, so I utilised the tools at hand

I found my 14mm spanner fit tighter than the 9/16 so that's what I used.

I used a 14mm spanner, and a shifter just to keep the tension on the nut.

Had been putting off the job till I got a couple of 9/16 scanners together. In the end my impatience took over, and was pleasantly surprised.
