    I can't remember the brand of oil I used this time, but it was an 80W90 GPI5 or some such stuff, not the cheapest I could find. Penrite I think?

    Expecting to find my front one slightly milky as it's had a few dunks and my front diff breather is leaking on the axle housing, but it's only been in there about 30k

    Check it. If it is milky change it now. Don't leave water contaminated oil in your diff as it has very low lubricating qualities.

    I'll get around to it shortly, car hasn't moved in a month

    If it came out sludgey you should fill with clean stuff, drive 50ks (or whatever - get it nice and warm) and change again.
