That vent is good storage for little used items. I have spare belts, crank angle sensor along with other bits and pieces chucked behind these vents.

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."

The fade function works on our D2 and D4, both fully replaced with LED

That's very cool. I thought LED worked as on or off and lower voltage didnt cause dimming and went voltage went TOO low they just went out?

Where did you guys get your led replacement bulbs....do you find the cooler white a bit stark in the cab?

    Cheers

Ps. My truck is 12 years old and I changed the load one once and never for the cabin....they dont make filament bulbs like they used to.

    Cheers

Initially I went for some very cheap ones off ebay...But they suffered from LED failure on numerous bulbs.

I then bit the bullet and bought some from my local Battery Wise store and they have been faultless.

I'm sure you can get 'good' quality ones off EBay...you just need to do your research first on the sellers.

To be honest though, now that I've fitted the eagle eye LED's the load space interior light is redundant to a degree.

PS..I quite like the white 'clinical' look of the emitted light output.
