Righto checked everything, new silicon hoses, no egr , watsegate rod moves , cleaned map sensor, new depression valve fitted, cleaned maf sensor gave the other sensor in air filter box a squirt of maf cleaner as well, no errors coming up,still have to clean intercooler and inlet manifold after I get a catch can as I don't want to do that twice.

,on instruments turbo pressure is 1.04 when flat to the floor on a flat road.
highest I could get manifold pressure up to in fuelling was 210kpa and ambient pressure only dropped from 100 to 97. after a 40 k run only error in the system is the egr stuck closed because of no egr

and nanocom doesn't read speeds very well when my speedo says 100kph my gps says 102, nanocom instruments says 111 and if I change to ACE inputs it says road speed is 62kph when I'm doing 100

You are close to reality, cos if everything would be perfect the MAP should be 230KPa tops, try to tighten a bit the wastegate rod but without a remap that's about it...did you change the injector loom yet?...if not don't do anything else before that

Yep done injector harness, took off the egr which turned out to have a blanking off plate in it anyway put a helicoil in inlet manifold where I stripped a egr bolt, did oil pump bolt which turned out to already have been done, new depression valve, stripped both bolts on centrifuge filter and helicoiled them learnt that if its a 6 mm bolt ignore the 10 nm torque and just do what feels right, new silicon intercooler hoses and found out that the ones from terrafirma have a 90 degree pipe from turbo to pipe instead of a 45 degree which my car had on it ( a mongrel to make fit even after cutting it). front ace actuator, was going to change ace filter until it wouldn't turn with a 1/2 inch breaker bar on it so gave up on that idea as three stripped bolts are enough for 1 week and didn't want to add a stripped out hex socket to that.
Thanks for the help now am going fishing for a few days to get over it.

With the injector loom I just sprayed it with Inox and left it plug down to drain.
Once you have done it once. You will find for the next 2-3 months you can have the ecu out o clean in 2minutes. And letting it to drain over lunch is ample time. I think mine had to come out 3 or 4 times.
Like wise with the injector loom. It takes no time to change. I generally carry a spare now.
