    Could this be my Disco?

I'm in Adelaide, I've had a look at the car.
The EGR system has been removed.
There are a few patches where the clearcoat has flaked off. The centre console has the four window controls and two gaps, missing switches, I think where the central locking switch lives. The alarm works, as does the remote locking. Headliner is a little bit saggy, but that is not an issue. The LCD clock has some broken segments, not a deal killer, get one from a wreckers.
Engine starts well but now and again the dash lights up with 'Christmas lights' I'm guessing this is the three amigos.Attachment 95764

Before I had a Land Rover I did not have any torque wrenches. Now I have three.

I would check to see if it has been in an accident.
Only reason I say that is the flaking clear coat. My Disco owned since new has its clear coat flaking off and it is on a panel that was replaced due to an accident.
Is it on a lot or private? Engine bay looks like it has been steam cleaned.

gaps in switch panel are for heated seats most likely not fitted , there should be a cover plate over the switch panel that hides the blank holes
your Christmas lights link is not working
switch panel should look like this

X2 Crash's comments. Also the engine and battery box/jack box are missing their covers.

    Cheers

Easy enough to get this from a wreckers (I think) but where have they gone?

Probably into the smash repairers bin.
I suspect my car has had an accident at some point, its had a new engine courtesy of land rover. So if it has I've been very lucky as its a great car.
That said, keep looking. There are better cars on the market for good prices these days
