    something to cosider;

    the D2a Rims are alot harder to clean with that extra hold in the spoke.
    I often wish mine were just a solid spoke as they are full of built up road grime from previous owner lack of cleaning...

    Yep. I had a strip and fit done last month - cost $20.

    D2 or D2a (unknown to me) also came with both 16x7 and 16x8 rims. I currently own 14 wheels for my D2. LOL Yep. Almost an 18 wheeler.

    I bought my D2 with both 18x8 rims that it came with standard. The owner threw in 5, 16x7 rims that he had purchased later and I bought 4, 16x8 rims in the Lightening style. I'm still looking for that 5th wheel.

    Happy Days.

    If we are showing off our wheel collections, at one stage I had 24 rims for the D2

    I've rationalized that down to a mere 9 of the lightening alloys, and 5 steels.

    But still have 18 for the RRC...

    I'd still buy more if I found a bargain, keep the best and sell the rest

    Edit: and that's not counting the wheels that have been sold and not picked up yet! (I won't mention names )

    TRS are to Land Rover owners, what the Taxman is to Monopoly players.

    Style 3's are rare as we only got them on the Classic Country spec 04MY, in Aus, elsewhere in the world they are easy to get, as in places like the States, they were the base model wheel for 03/04MY.

    Hi Will. only mentioned it in case someone was needy (yes well aware of their rep)! I now have 6 with the extra one from them 3 years ago . There is another similarly shod D2a classic around the corner, but I haven't resorted to thievery yet!
