We read the fault with the nanocom and had the same pump failure code.
So we pulled the relay and probed the actual socket. We found we had no voltage at first.

We probed a bit, found a few funny things, but it came down to disconnecting the abs pump, when plugged back in we got all the expected voltages and we could also trigger the pump on nanocom.

A test drive later and it *seemed* to be OK.

We then did what you do with a nanocom and looked at every setting on all the systems out of curiosity.

The BCU had a bunch of odd settings:
    - thought it was connected to a petrol
    - thought it didn't have HDC and TC (which was why no lights)

We also put a new EKA in for good measure, I think Kris had one of the nasty ones with high numbers, at least one was 15....

I've borrowed him an ABS Amigo to read and clear the faults if they come back in the next few weeks.

So... as fixed as the D2 ABS ever is at the moment

So about 10 minutes ago while I was driving I got hdc, tc, abs and handbrake warning light on. image.jpg

Don't know if this has anything to do with it or whether it's a coincidence but the warning lights only started after I changed all the pads.

    Suggestions please?

Have you knocked abs line? , if not are the new pads squealing?, as this can also do it .

I had the Handbrake light and ABS brake light come on yesterday. I stopped the engine, started it up again the ABS light went out when I pushed the brake pedal.
I connected the Nanocom, no faults in the SLABS. AS the Traction Control light does not come on with all the other liaghts at start up, I had a look at the BCU. The TCR was on no. I changed this to yes, and noe the TC light lioghts up.
I'm wondering if the TC was not operating, if disabled in the BCU?

    Thanks

Those settings in the BCU - Instrument pack are only for the warning lights, no effect on the SLABS behaviour... i really dont understand the utility of that function to disable the warning light of a system which works
