Best price I could find not on eBay!!

Not cheap at $95 shipped (per pair) but genuine and half what I could get them locally.

Could only find the beige ones on eBay?

2 & 3/4" exhaust in, trialling 1 high flow muffler. Much less drone than the 3" it replaces, no overboost yet, but she is a bit angry. I'll put a resi in to calm her down a bit.

Perfect tks, yep I need the black too. Embarking in a 12month trip round Aus end of year so I can justify the $ to myself. Maybe not the missus !

try sovereign autos in SA, had them for $100 ish for a pair a while back

The snorkel I ordered arrived today, I will fit it tomorrow and hopefully I wont stuff it up.
I am a bit nervous about cutting a big hole in my LH fender.

I realise the harmonics are totally different but I needed to run a muffler and resonator on the 3" 130 Tdi system.

With nothing it was worse than objectionable, the cabin became the resonator at 95-100km/h, with just a resonator it was still miles too loud and even with an interesting muffler design (Hooker Aero chamber) there was a still a touch of drone.
Unfortunately 4cyl diesels always sound like anyway, so the quieter the better in that case.
