It is to a degree - the rattle I was chasing at 2100rpm is still there after a quick test drive this morning but is reduced. Might have to live with it though as I think the only thing left it could be is the old “popped weld in the firewall” rattle that can only be solved by removing the dash.Quote:

The car is much smoother now up to and over 100kph. Almost don’t know its a diesel at freeway speeds.
