Some idiot has ran into the front passenger side gaurd - I do not know if I am lucky or not as I have a snorkle on and the dent is behind the snorkle. Snorkle seems to be intact.
Due to where I have parked the vehicle the past few weeks I had no reason to look at the passenger side of the vehicle and do not know when it actually happened.
Will have to see if I can pop it out from underneath.
Check it’s kept it’s seal... knocking it may have impacted the joint inside the engine bay.
Did an oil change on the weekend and found the Fuel Pressure Regulator leaking everywhere again. Time for a new one, email to Mario & Heather, it was in the post Monday and here today. Fitted it in tonight (had plenty of practice before), quick quirt of grease into the drive shafts and it's ready to go. Tomorrrow the wifes taking it to Warrnambool and back Thursday (1200Km round trip) then off to Barmera on Friday for the weekend. All thanks to the quick service from Roverlord Offroad Spares.
I went to the shops. left all the windows slightly open, locked the car with the fob. I'm inside with my trolley and the car alarm goes off. Of course it does, the windows are a bit open and it is windy. The car alarm stops after how long? 15 seconds? I continue on my way. 5 metres along the alarm goes off again. The alarm was louder when people entered and exited this Adi and the doors opened. I don't know how many times the alarm went off. It would reset, have a breather and then start again.
Fun times.
I know that you can lock it with the key in the door. I just forgot.
That really is a PITA on a Hot windy day.
I would be nice to leave the windows down a crack to let all the super hot air out while you are in the shop But that blasted alarm always goes off so you have to put up with jumping into an inferno when you come out because you Have to put the windows up [bawl]
