Been giving mine a 6 month check over, pumped grease into the front cardon uj and this spews out, the shaft was new 2&1/2 years ago but only done 15k looks like it will need attention early.
I’ve done the AC drain extensions when I bought it 3k ago but it looks too late.
Yep, that's had a bit of moisture.
A quick heads up for everyone, if you can, try and get a grease that uses a Calcium Sulfonate complex soap/thickener for your uni's and splines.
It's much more water and rust resistant than Lithium/Lithium complex or Aluminium soaps.
If you have a Westrac nearby CAT make some very good greases designed for their gear and all of them use Calcium Sulfonate complex soaps for that reason.
My favourite was Desert Gold which was a full synthetic but it's no longer available, the new one is just called Desert and I'm pretty sure is a mineral oil based grease but it's specs are impressive.
OMG,,, Rick The Oil Guy,,

Started a shopping list for a full rebuild on the motor in the blue car so I can sell the white car [bighmmm]
Drove to Melbourne on Friday in my 2002 TD5 auto got caught on Greensborough bypass for 15 minutes then crawled on the F3 to Wantirna South but on filling looks like 9 L per 100Km at 110 on cruise all the way.
Coming back to Avoca Beach a bit more but comfortably under 10L per 100Km at 110 on cruise.
I reckon that is pretty good. Don't know exactly as my Long Range tank shows 1 bar under 1/2 full.
No problems at all except the cruise control doesn't like being disconnected using the resume control and dropped out. A turn off and restart stopped at the M2 exit reinstated it.
