Replaced radiator. Had no idea there was so much crop in it. The bottom cooler part was blocked nearly solid! Very glad to have that done. Used all new German non-perforated hose clamps. Ditched the 'squeeze' clamps.

Cut and 'polish' eh? Well, I would get hold of a good wax. Most polishes are nothing more than a light cut themselves, with some gunk in them to promote shine (often silicone). They give no long lasting protection. If you like the new found shine then wax her up.Quote:

No luck today sorry, been working on my nemesis wiring and tps, and ran out of time and had to out it back together for a 100km round trip!
