Hmm.
Maybe you have ordered a huge roll of bubble wrap so that you can annoy the hell out of your missus and kids by popping all the air bubbles out of it[biggrin]

If that is an intercooler , the packaging on the surface looks terrible.
My Serck was packed in stiff cardboard with thin ply over the fins and arrived pristine.
Maybe its a big chip. I thought the Germans made the biggest chips.LOL

when I ordered my ebay radiators and intercooler, they came with cardboard cutouts covering both sides of the fins, and plenty of bubble wrap and stored inside very sturdy cardboard boxes .. no damage.
The rad I got for the Tdi did have damage though, not through handling. The top hose port was bent inwards from the underside.
Was damaged pre packaging. Very hard to sort it back into shape too, so damage couldn't have been via handling, as that kind of force would have damaged other parts of that rad.
Oh yee of little faith! I’m sure that TD5inside know how to pack an intercooler. Cardboard inside an entire roll of bubble wrap https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...8192495b7e.jpg
Followed by 1 beautifully pristine (and rather shiny!) intercooler
