I've had the outlet hose melt at the connection on a 40° day and the last trip out i did 8 tyres from flat, got home to dry it (was raining at the time) and noticed the connection on the main 12v power in was completely melted. I also drilled out the stud holes with a 10mm bit which gives it a bit more movement with out going over the top, going to test out how a slice works. See how we go. Crisis averted for now.
